摘要
目的探究言语康复训练系统在自闭症儿童言语康复中的应用效果。方法选取本院在2012年1月至2015年10月收治的22例自闭症儿童,其中2013年6月前收治的10例自闭症儿童采用常规言语康复治疗(对照组),2013年7月后收治的12例自闭症儿童采用言语康复训练系统进行言语康复治疗(研究组),对比分析两组患儿治疗后言语康复效果。结果研究组患儿IFQ和VAQ明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);两组患儿的PAQ比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);研究组智商分离2例,对照组智商分离4例,两组相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论采用言语康复训练系统对自闭症患儿进行言语康复,患儿的言语智商和总智商改善显著,智商分离情况则与常规言语康复比较差异无统计学意义。言语康复训练系统能够有效改善自闭症患儿言语障碍,为患儿病情控制及康复起到重要作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of language training recovery system for autistic children. Methods 22 autistic children treated at our hospital from January, 2012 to October, 2015 were selected; among which, 10 cases taking normal language recovery treatment before June, 2013 were set as a control group and the other 12 cases treated by language training recovery system after July, 2013 as a study group. The recovery effects were compared between these two groups. Results The IFQ and VAQ were much higher in the study group than in the control group, with statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). There's no statistical difference in PAQ between these two groups (P 〉 0.05). 2 cases got IQ separation in the study group and 4 in the control group (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Language training recovery system for autistic children can significantly improve the children's verbal intelligence quotient and overall quotient, but is not better than normal language recovery, so it can effectively alleviate communication problems for autistic children and plays an important role in disease controlling and recovering and is worth being generalized.
