评价综合护理经肠镜切除结直肠息肉并发出血对于老年患者的疗效

Comprehensive nursing care in colonoscopic resection for elderly patients with colorectal polyps complicated with bleeding

目的采用综合护理经肠镜切除结直肠息肉并发出血的老年患者并评价疗效。方法选取2015年6月至2016年5月本院收治的经肠镜切除结直肠息肉并发出血的老年患者52例，采用随机数法均分为实验组与对照组，各26例。对照组患者采用临床常规护理手段，给予实验组患者改良的综合护理干预。患者对护理工作的满意度及预后效果采用问卷调查的形式进行采集并统计分析，采用自拟的护理质量评价表对护理效果进行评价。结果实验组患者满意度达96．15％，显著高于对照组的76．92％；护理工作质量总评分为（93．54±4．37）分，较对照组[（73．57±5．05）分]明显提高；预后康复率达100．00％，与对照组的84．62％相比；差异均有统计学意义。结论采用改良的综合护理干预后显著提高了老年经肠镜切除息肉并发出血患者的治疗效果，提高患者生存质量，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care in colonoscopic resection for elderly patients with colorectal polyps complicated with bleeding. Methods 52 elderly patients with colorectal polyps complicated with bleeding undertaking colonoscopic resection at our hospital from June, 2015 to May, 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 26 for each group. The control group were routinely cared and the experimental group comprehensively. The satisfaction, nursing quality, and recovered rate were compared between these two groups. Results The satisfaction, nursing quality, and recovered rate were 96.15%, （ 93.54±4.37 ） , and 100.00% in the experimental group and were 76.92%, （73.57±5.05）, and 84.62% in the control group, respectively, with statistical differences. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the effect of colonoscopic resection for elderly patients with colorectal polyps complicated with bleeding and the patients quality of life, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
