支气管哮喘患者血清脂氧素A4水平的变化及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:检测支气管哮喘患者急性发作组、缓解组及正常对照组血清脂氧素A4(LXA4)水平的变化,探讨其在支气管哮喘发病中的临床意义。方法:选择酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)对45例支气管哮喘患者急性加重组及缓解组和正常对照组25例的血清LXA4水平进行检测,同时检测肺功能,记录相关指标。结果:急性发作组及缓解组哮喘患者的血LXA4水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且急性加重组明显高于缓解组(P<0.05);急性发作组哮喘患者的血清LXA4水平与FEV1占预计值的百分比(FEV1%)呈负相关性(r=-0.429,P<0.05);缓解组哮喘患者与正常对照组的FEV1%水平差异性却无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘患者(包括急性发作组及缓解组)的血脂氧素A4的水平显著高于对照组,提示脂氧素作为天然的白三烯拮抗物质可能参与哮喘的气道炎症消退机制;与血脂氧素A4各组中存在特异性变化不同,肺功能FEV1%水平于急性发作组有明显变化,而在缓解组和正常对照组中无特异性改变,肺功能基本正常,气道炎症仍可持续存在,说明血脂氧素A4可用于评价气道炎症程度,但FEV1%则不能用于评价。
