摘要
目的:了解腺病毒3、7血清型在呼吸道感染患儿中的感染情况,并进行流行病学分析,为临床提供诊断和治疗依据。方法:随机收集宝鸡市妇幼保健院儿童医院儿科2015年11月(22例)和2016年3月(48例)腺病毒Ig M抗体检测阳性的患儿血清标本共70例,用ELISA方法进行腺病毒3、7型血清学检测,依据患儿的年龄、性别、发病季节和感染部位进行流行病学分析。结果:冬季22例,3、7型均阳性;春季48例,3型2/48为阳性,7型48/48为阳性。男性患儿41例,女性患儿29例;≤1岁患儿42例,大于1岁患儿28例;下呼吸道感染53例;上呼吸道感染12例,其他5例。结论:腺病毒3、7型的感染与季节有关,该地区冬季以3、7型混合感染为主,春季以7型感染为主,感染年龄主要为≤1岁的婴幼儿。
Objective: To find out 3,7- type adenovirus infection in children with respiratory tract infections and to conduct epidemiological analysis,so as to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Random collection of 70 cases from Baoji Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Pediatrics in November 2015(22 cases) and March 2016 Serum(48 cases) Adenovirus Ig M antibody positive samples,which were detected by ELISA method and analysis based on children's age,sex,onset seasons and the site of infection epidemiological. Results: Winter 22 cases were all positive for 3,7- type,spring 48 cases,2 cases were positive for type 3,type 7 were all positive. In this group,41 cases were male and 29 were female; less than or equal to 1- year- old children were 42 cases,28 cases of children greater than 1- year- old; lower respiratory tract infection were 53 cases; 12 cases of upper respiratory tract infection,the other were five cases. Conclusion: The 3,7- type adenovirus infection are related to seasons. In winter,the region 3,7based type mixed infection,in spring mainly 7 type infection,infection mainly aged less than or equal to 1- year- old infants.
