4814例呼吸道感染患儿腺病毒血清学检测及3型7型检测结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解2015年11月~2016年4月间宝鸡地区4814例呼吸道感染患儿腺病毒Ig M抗体及3、7型血清抗体检测结果,初步分析腺病毒的流行规律和感染疾病谱。方法:采用ELISA法检测腺病毒Ig M和3、7型Ig A、Ig G、Ig M抗体。结果:腺病毒感染占本时段呼吸道感染患儿的37.06%(1784/4814),并显示本区ADV3型在冬季流行占优势,而春季感染较弱,ADV7型在冬春季节均可出现,冬季以ADV3型和7型混合感染为主,而春季以ADV7型感染为主。结论:通过资料分析对ADV的病原学有一定的了解,由于观测时间短,尚未覆盖全年对于ADV的分型及流行病学特点,尚须持续观测和积累资料以给临床提供必要的诊治依据。 Objective: To understand 4814 cases of respiratory tract infection in children with adenovirus Ig M antibody and 3,7 type serum antibody test results in Baoji area between November 2015 and April 2016,thus to preliminary analyze the epidemic regularity of adenovirus and spectrum of infectious diseases in the region. Method:ELISA method was used to detect the adenovirus Ig M and 3,7 type Ig A,Ig G,Ig M antibodies. Result: Adenovirus infections accounted for 37. 06%( 1784 /4814) in children with respiratory infection during this period,and shows that ADV3 type infection is predominant in winter while weaker in spring. ADV7 type can occur in both winter and spring,winter is given priority to ADV3 and ADV7 mixed infection,while mainly ADV7 infection in spring. Conclusion:Through the data analysis in the region,we have a certain understanding of ADV pathogen,due to the short time of observation,still not cover typing and epidemiological characteristics of ADV throughout the year,so continuous observation and accumulation of data are required to provide the necessary basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
