摘要
目的:建立护肤类产品中1,4-二恶烷的串联顶空气相色谱—质谱的测定方法。方法:取2.0 g样品,加入固体氯化钠1.0 g,加入7.0 ml高纯水,密封后漩涡混匀1 min,用Hp-5MS色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)分离,定性离子丰度比定性,外标法定量。结果:1,4-二恶烷标准曲线的相关系数为0.9995,方法的检出限为0.5 mg/kg,加标回收率实验在89.2%~117.0%之间,相对标准偏差为4.53%。结论:方法快速简便,准确度和精密度均较高,适合护肤产品中1,4-二恶烷的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 1,4- Dioxane in Skin care products by gaschromatography- mass spectrometry. Methods: 1,4- Dioxane in 2. 0 g Skin care products and 1. 0 g Na Cl were dissolved in 7 ml water,and mixed them1 min,then separated by Hp- 5MS column,and Characterization of ion abundance ratios of qualitative and quantified by the external standard method ion quantitation.. Results: The regression coefficients( r) of 1,4- Dioxane were0. 9995. The limits of detection were0. 5 mg / kg. The relative standard deviation was 4. 53% and the recoveries were 89. 2 % ~ 117. 0 %. Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate and reliable. It can be suitable for determining 1,4- Dioxane in Skin care products.
