摘要
教育公正是社会公正的一个子系统,基于公正视野探讨我国成人教育的发展。文章分析了成人教育中教育对象的多层次性、教育目标的全面性、教育机会的补偿性和教育资源的可利用性四个方面,探讨了我国成人教育发展中公正失衡的现象。基于以上分析,作者从立法层面、政策制定,以及成人教育自我发展等角度寻找实现成人教育公正发展的支持条件。
Educational justice is a subsystem of social justice, and the development ot adult education trom the perspective of justice in China is discussed in this paper. This paper analyzes stratification of the education object, comprehensiveness of the educa- tion goal, compensatory of education opportunities and utilizability of educational resources in adult education. It also explores the ira- balanced-justice phenomenon in development of adult education in our country. Based on the analysis above, the author tries to find the supporting conditions for the development of adult education justice from the legislative level, policy development and adult education itself.
