摘要 随着电网运行环境日趋复杂,各区域间相互影响不断加深,通过多区域协同控制技术实现区域间备用共享、提升区域协同控制水平已成为国内外的研究热点。文中阐明了协同控制的具体概念和驱动力,介绍了国内外相关应用技术的基本控制结构;从电网频率和联络线功率两个控制目标,分别介绍了目前协同控制应用技术的现状;在评述各种方法的基础上,提出了目前存在的主要问题,并展望了可能改进的方向。 Recently, with power systems operating in increasingly complicated environment and influenced by wide area phenomena, a strategy based on the existing coordinated control between multiple control areas has aroused considerable interest in achieving reserve sharing and helping ensure higher level of control areas cooperation. The concept and driving force of coordinated control and a scheme for coordinated control technologies applied in different countries are discussed. Then, the state of the art of coordinated control technology is analyzed in two aspects of system frequency control and tie-line power control. Based on a review of various methods, problems and further research areas are pointed out.
