摘要
采用有机溶剂提取和色谱纯化的方法从造纸法再造烟叶生产排放废水中得到了4个化合物,并通过一维和二维核磁共振、质谱等波谱学手段鉴定了化合物结构,其中一个新的倍半萜Nicotianolide(1),一个已知的倍半萜2β-Hydroxysolanascone(2),以及两个已知的生物碱即5,6-二氢-2(1H)-吡啶酮(3)和可替宁(4)。
To clarify chemical constituents in discharged wastewater of paper-making reconstituted tobacco,the discharged wastewater was extracted by ethyl alcohol after electrodialysis desalination and concentration.The extracts were purified by chromatographic techniques,which led to the isolation of four compounds,including one new sesquiterpenoid nicotianolide (1),one known sesquiterpenoid 2β-hydroxysolanascone (2),and two known alkaloids 5,6dihydro-2(1H)-pyridinone (3) and cotinine (4).Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and mass (MS) spectra.
