资本空间化与空间资本化

The Spatialization of Capital and the Capitalization of Space

全球化时代使得空间问题得以凸显。资本空间化与空间资本化成为全球化的显著特征之一。只有从马克思的资本逻辑出发,才能准确把握当前空间现象的内在实质。资本与空间之间存在着内在关联:资本的本性决定了资本内在地具有空间性;社会关系的生产与再生产是资本与空间相互转化的内在机制;空间的物质存在形态使得空间具有向资本转化的潜在可能性。由于空间的资本化和资本的空间化同时并存,可以认为空间即资本,资本即空间。

The glohalization wave has made the issue of space a prominent issue. The spatialization of capital and the capitalization of space has become one of the distinguishing features of globalization. We can only accurately grasp the essence of the current space phenomenon based on the philosophy of Marx＇s capital. The reason why space and capital can transmute into each other is caused by the inherent relevance between space and capital. First of all, the very nature of capital determines that it in- trisically has space. Second, the production and reproduction of social relations is the internal mecha- nism of mutual transformation between space and capital. Finally, the material existence form of space makes it possible to convert into capital. Even if the trend of space capitalization does not end in the age of globalization, the logic of capital is still a dominant logic of space capital in the era of globalization. Since the capitalization of space and the spatialization of capital exist at the same time, the author therefore believes that space is capital and capital is space.
