添加秸秆沼渣对银耳生长和生物转化率的影响 被引量:6

Effect on Tremella fuciformis Growth and Biological Efficiency Using Straw Biogas Residue as a Substitute for Cottonseed Hull in Substrate Formulae

摘要 为探索秸秆沼渣在食用菌栽培上的利用潜力,以棉籽壳为主的常规配方作为对照,研究不同比例的秸秆沼渣替代棉籽壳对银耳菌丝、子实体生长及绝对生物转化率的影响,并监测了培养料性质的变化。结果表明,在供试培养料配方中,随着秸秆沼渣比例增加,培养料的C/N递减,而EC值递增,银耳菌丝生长速度渐增,成耳率和绝对生物转化率渐减;秸秆沼渣替代量为20%与40%的处理2、处理3的绝对生物转化率与CK差异不显著。但在银耳的生长过程中C/N和EC值都是逐渐下降的,而pH均在6~7之间。由此可见,秸秆沼渣可以部分代替棉籽壳进行银耳栽培,培养料中添加秸秆沼渣可促进菌丝生长,但配制培养料时必须调节好C/N,才能获得更高的产量。秸秆沼渣在食用菌生产中具有较高的应用价值。 To explore the potential of straw biogas residue utilization in edible fungi, the effect of hypha growth, fruit body development and biological efficiency of Tremellafuciformis were investigated using straw biogas residue as a substitute for portions of cottonseed hull in substrate formulae. The conventional formula with cotton seed hull was used as control. The physical and chemical properties change of substrate was also monitored. The results showed that with increasing proportion of straw biogas residues in substrate, the ratio of C/N decreased, while the EC value increased, T.fucifomis hypha growth rate increased too, but the fruit body mature rate and the biological efficiency decreased gradually, and the pH valuea was stable between 6-7. However the biological efficiency of treatment 2 and 3 (the proportion of straw biogas residues were 20% and 40% respective- ly) was not significantly different from CK. In general the C/N and EC value were decreasing during the growth of T. fucifomis. Therefore, Straw biogas residue can partially replace cottonseed hull in T. fuciformis cultivation. Adding straw biogas residue in substrate could promote the growth of mycelia. The ratio of C/N must be adjusted correctly in the preparing substrates to get higher yield. Straw biogas residue has an important application value in the edible fungus production.
