摘要
为充分利用小桐子壳资源,探讨了小桐子壳作为栽培基质在平菇栽培方面的研究。采用脱毒处理方法对小桐子壳进行脱毒,并直接把小桐子壳作为主栽培养料,以稻草、木屑以及麦麸为供选择的辅料栽培平菇,研究其可行性,得到最优配方。0.5 mol·L^(-1)的Ca(OH)_2溶液和1 g Na_2O_2分别处理的小桐子壳经70℃高温发酵后不含有佛波醇酯,其栽培平菇的最佳配方为小桐子壳70%、稻草15%、麦麸10%。小桐子壳作为平菇栽培主料安全可行。
To make full use of resources of the Jatropha curcas shell, we explored the J. curcas shell used as a substrate for Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation. J. curcas shell should be processed by the detoxification treatment. This test was directly made, using the J. curcas shell as the main material, adding straw, sawdust, wheat bran and other accessories for the cultivation of P. ostreatus. Its feasibility was studied and the best formula was gotten. The phorbol myristate acetate has been removed after high temperature fermentation at 70℃ unless 0.5 mol· L-1Ca(OH)2 solution and 1 g Na2O2 dispose of J. curcas shell, respectively. The optimal formula for P. ostreatus cultivation is 70% of J. curcas shells, 15% of straw, 10% of wheat bran. It is safe and feasible for the J. curcas shell to cultivate P. ostreatus.
