摘要
采用水提醇沉法从广叶绣球菌子实体中提取绣球菌多糖,以多糖保留率、脱蛋白率和DPPH自由基清除率为指标,比较Sevag法、三氯乙酸法和树脂吸附法3种方法对广叶绣球菌多糖脱蛋白效果的影响和对纯化多糖的抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明,综合3个评价指标的结果,树脂吸附法蛋白具有较高的蛋白脱除率、较高的多糖保留率和较好的DPPH自由基清除率,效果最好,3种脱蛋白方法中广叶绣球菌多糖的最佳脱蛋白方法为树脂吸附法。
To investigate the deproteinazation technology of Sparassis latifolia polysaccharides, the effect of different methods such as sevag method, trichloracetic acid method and resin method was evaluated in terms of the ratio of protein removal, polysaccharide retention and scavenging DPPH free radical. This study provided the resin method was better than the other two methods, with the hightest protein removal, higher polysaccharide retention and better DPPH free radical scavenging capacity.
