茯苓松蔸栽培中农药残留控制研究

摘要 采用正交设计实验研究松蔸茯苓栽培中农药分解率,考察影响农药分解率的四个主要因素(农药稀释倍数、喷洒后时间、土壤含水率、气温),每因素取三个水平,进行L9(34)正交实验。结果显示,无论是有机磷农药还是拟除虫菊酯类农药,影响农药分解率最大的因数是喷施后时间,占影响分解因数的70%以上。拟除虫菊酯类农药浓度对农药分解的影响大于有机磷农药;气温对有机磷农药分解影响比拟除虫菊酯类农药更大。在采挖前40 d,喷施低浓度的农药是安全,采挖40 d内严禁喷施农药。 By using the orthogonal design experiment the decomposition rate of pesticide were studied in pine stump tuckhoe cultivation, L9 (34) orthogonal experiment of four main factors, such as pesticide dilution, spraying time, soil moisture, air temperature, that influence the decomposition rate of pesticides, were designed. The results showed that the most important factor affecting the decomposition rate of pesticides was the time after spraying, which accounted for more than 70% of the decomposition factor. The effect of pesticide concentration on the decomposition of pesticides was greater than that of organophosphorus pesticides. The effect of air temperature on the decomposition of organophosphorus pesticides was greater than that of pyrethroids. Before the excavation of 40 d, spraying low concentration of pesticides was safe, dig within 40 d is strictly prohibited pesticide spraying.
