摘要
以聚乙二醇-400、Ca(NO_3)_2·4H_2O、(NH_4)_2HPO_4、氨水、KH_2PO_4等为反应原料,分别通过模板法和水热法合成羟基磷灰石HA.通过FT-IR、TG、SEM、XRD等表征手段研究HA的形貌及其组成,考察了合成方法对HA的晶形、粒径大小的影响,并利用超声分散然后静置的处理手段比较了两种方法制备的HA的分散性.结果表明,通过模板法制得的HA的分散性比用水热法制得的好.
Hydroxyapatite( HA) was prepared by the hydrothermal method and template method of using PEG-400、Ca( NO3)2·4H2O、( NH4)2HPO4、ammonia water、and KH2PO4 as raw materials. FT-IR,TG,SEM and XRD were used to characterize the morphology and composition of the product. Influence of the synthetic method for crystal shape and particle size were studied. Then dispersibility of HA was studied by ultrasonic dispersion and static settlement. The results show that the HA by template method has more uniform size distribution than the HA by Hydrothermal method.
