摘要
为了提高红河集运站工作效率、减少生产煤尘对周边环境影响,针对原红河集运站露天堆场和装载机装车两个问题,采用封闭式储煤场和快速装车系统予以解决。并对改造后生产流程、地道支护与加筋土挡墙、通风除尘、消防等进行了封闭改造工程设计。改造工程建成后,降低了生产成本,减少了煤炭倒运损失,减轻了周边环境的污染,提高了铁路装车效率,并在现有场地上增加了集运站吞吐能力,可为粗放式的铁路站台式煤炭堆场改造成高效、环保的新型现代化煤炭物流中转站提供参考意见。
In order to improve the working efficiency,alleviate the coal dust pollution to surrounding environment,and to solve the problems in open coal stacking and loading machine,closed coal storage yard and rapid loading system were designed for Honghe freight station. Closed-renovation engineering design was done for the production process,tunnel support,reinforced earth retaining wall,ventilation dust removal and fire control. After renovation,the coal production cost,transportation loss and pollution were reduced,while improving the loading efficiency and freight station capacity.The design could offer references to the other similar projects,such as transformation of traditional coal freight station to high-efficiency and environment-friendly modern coal logistics hub.
