摘要
针对煤矿陷落空洞给煤矿带来的诸多问题与安全隐患,提出一种基于动态跟踪和模糊综合评价的矿井空洞预警方法,分析陷落空洞的风险级别。首先通过动态跟踪的方式,提取出空洞尺寸等属性并计算变化率,然后由模糊综合评价法建立模型,基于空洞属性数据及变化率进行空洞危险等级的模糊综合评价,最后给出空洞的危险等级结果。并对门头沟实验基地病害物理模型进行应用实验,结果表明:该预警方法可在实际工程中有效地预测煤矿陷落空洞病害的危险等级,为预警矿井工程空洞病害、进行工程改建和整治设计提供有效技术支撑。
Aiming at the various problems and potential security risks in coal mines brought by falling empty space,a early warning method of empty space in coal mines is put forward to analyze the risk level of falling empty space,which is based on the dynamic tracing and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. First of all,by means of dynamic tracing,attributes of empty space like space sizes are extracted and their change rate is calculated. Then,a model is established by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is done based on the data of attributes and change rate. Finally,the risk level of empty space is obtained. Application experiments are operated to the physical model of cavitation diseases in Mentougou experimental base,and the experiment results show that: the early warning method can effectively predict the risk level of empty space in coal mines in the practical engineering,and can also provide effective technical support for the early warning of cavitation diseases in mine engineering,the project reconstruction and treatment design.
