摘要
为了更好地保证安全生产,让员工从根本上自觉做出安全行为。文章采用经济学模型,对煤矿员工做出不安全行为的"预期收益"和被处罚的"预期损失"进行量化分析,揭示出"三违"行为屡禁不止背后的经济原因。以指导煤矿制定更合理的安全工资比例,设计更优化的激励约束机制,达到避免或减少不安全行为发生的目的。
In order to better ensure the safety of production,and make employees behave safely consciously,an economic model was applied to make quantitative analysis for coal mine workers ' expected earnings and losses when behaving unsafely,and to reveal the economic reasons for repeated acts of "three violations"behaviors. The result can be used to develop a more reasonable proportion of safety wages for coal mines,and to optimize the incentive and restraint mechanism,realizing elimination or reduction of unsafe behaviors.
