煤炭企业基本建设项目管理问题与对策探讨

Discussion on problems and the countermeasures of capital construction project management in coal enterprises

针对国内大部分煤炭企业基本建设项目管理中存在的投资决策机制不全、项目运作机制不良、项目管理手段落后、项目投资效益低下等诸多问题,文章根据基本建设项目各个建设阶段,从项目前期论证立项、实施过程控制、后评价管理等方面提出一系列切实可行的应对举措,并引用实例,深入探讨先进科学的项目管理机制与方法。

Aiming at the problems in project management of capital construction in most coal enterprises, including incomplete investment decision mechanism,poor project operation mechanism,out-dated project management methods,low investment benefits,according to the various stages in capital construction projects, the paper proposed practical countermeasures from the project feasibility study,project implementation process control,post-project evaluation,and cited examples to deeply discuss advanced and scientific project management mechanism and methods. This paper has a strong guidance and reference significance for coal enterprises to standardize management of capital construction projects,prevent investment risks and improve investment returns.
