摘要
目的为止咳桃花散的质量控制和标准制订提供科学依据。方法采用原子吸收分光光度法检测汞和砷的含量。结果汞和砷的质量浓度线性范围分别为0~10μg/L(r=0.999 7)和2.5~50.0μg/L(r=0.999 5),回收率分别为95.29%和93.62%,RSD分别为1.48%和1.18%,检测限分别为0.04μg/L和0.01μg/L。结论该方法简便、准确,可有效控制止咳桃花散的质量。
Objective To provide the scientific foundation for quality control and standard establishment of Zhike Taohua Powder. Methods Hg and As were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results The linear range of Hg and As were 0- 10 μg/L (r=0.999 7) and 2,5-50.0 μg/L(r=0.999 5);The average recovery rate were 95.29%and 93.62%,the RSD were 1.48% and 1.18%, respectively. The detection limits werer 0. 04 μg/L and 0.01 μg/L. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Zhike Taohua Powder.
