临床药师参与1例恙虫病合并肺炎患者的治疗实践

Clinical Practice of Clinical Pharmacists for Patient with Scrub Typhus Combined Pneumonia in 1 Case

目的探讨临床药师在恙虫病合并肺炎患者治疗中的作用。方法通过查房、会诊的方式参与1例恙虫病合并肺炎患者的治疗,协助医师制订治疗方案并实施药学监护。结果患者发热、咳嗽症状消失,病情好转出院。结论药师深入临床参与药物治疗,可以提高药物治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients with Scrub Typhus combined Pneumonia. Methods 1 case of Scrub Typhus combined Pneumonia was treated by round- up and consultation, and the physician was assisted by the clinical pharmacists in developing the treatment plan and carrying out pharmacy supervision. Results The fever and cough symp- toms in the patient disappeared, and the condition of the patient improved and discharged. Conclusion Pharmacists involving in clinical drug treatment deeply can improve the effect of drug treatment.
