摘要
目的 :研究猪肝门静脉的几何形态、组织学特征及其显微结构成分的相对含量与力学特性的关系。方法 :取 12例 4~ 6月龄新鲜猪肝门静脉 ,测量其长度、管径、壁厚、腔面积及管壁面积。并制作组织切片 ,分别作HE染色、弹力纤维染色和平滑肌染色 ,采用图像分析技术检测猪肝门静脉壁中弹力纤维、胶原纤维和平滑肌的相对含量。结果 :猪肝门静脉的长度、管径、壁厚、腔面积及管壁截面积分别为 (5 .6 2± 0 .4 8)cm、(1.17± 0 .0 8)cm、(0 .5 4±0 .0 5 )mm、(98.11± 13.38)mm2 、(9.81± 1.5 2 )mm2 。光镜观察猪肝门静脉壁分内、中、外膜三层 ,中膜有 2~ 4层环形平滑肌 ,外膜有大量纵行平滑肌束 ,各层膜中均有胶原纤维、弹力纤维存在。管壁中胶原纤维、弹力纤维和平滑肌的相对含量分别为 (6 .33± 2 .5 6 ) %、(7.90± 1.89) %、(2 8.74± 4 .5 4 ) %。结论 :猪肝门静脉壁具有与人相似的的组织学结构 ,测量其几何形态和管壁显微结构成份的相对含量 。
Objective To study the geometrical morphology and microstructural components and contents of hepatic portal vein of pig.Methods Twelve fresh hepatic portal veins of pig were investigated.The geometrical morphology data were measured.And these specimens were stained with Hematoxyline-Eosin,Taenser Jnmas Orcein Van Gieeson and Aniline Blue,respectively.Then the relative contents of elastin,collagen and smooth muscle in the hepatic portal veins were measured with image analysis techniques. Results Length,diameter,wall thickness,lumen area,and cross-sectional wall area were (5.62±0.48) cm,(1.17±0.08) cm,(0.54±0.05) mm,(98.11±13.38) mm 2 and (9.81±1.52) mm 2 .The hepatic portal vein wall of pig was composed of tunica intima,tunica media and tunica adventitia.There were 2~4 layers cycloid smooth muscle in tunica media and there were amounts of longitudinal smooth muscle in tunica adventitia.The collagen and elastin exist in all tunicas.The collagen,elastin and smooth muscle contents were (6.33±2.56)%,(7.90±1.89)% and( 28.74±4.54)%. Conclusion There exists the similar histological microstructure in the hepatic portal vein of pig as that in the human hepatic portal vein,which provides morphological basis for the study of the pig-to-human hepatic xenotransplantation.
