在肿瘤的侵袭和转移中,肿瘤的微环境发挥着重要的作用,其中细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)是肿瘤微环境的主要组成部分,在肿瘤转移中发挥关键作用,皮肤桥蛋白(dermatopontin,DPT)作为ECM蛋白,与肿瘤发展和转移密切相关。

Tumor microenvironment plays an important role in invasion and metastasis of tumor. The extraeellular matrix （ECM） is the main component of tumor mieroenvironment, which plays a critical role in metastasis of tumor. Dermatopontin （DPT） is an ECM protein, which is closely related to tumor development and metastasis.
