摘要
以Cyclone IV为核心,用两片IR2136驱动五相逆变器桥臂的功率器件。研究电流可控的步进电机细分驱动电路及方法,实现对五相步进电机五相八十拍的细分驱动,步进角达到0.09°。电流反馈信号来自ADS7890的电流采样信号,对因电机堵转、失步所引起的过流进行闭环控制。理论分析说明,该驱动电路能够提高步进电机的精度和性能,方法可行、有效。
Taking Cyclone IV as the core, two pieces of IR2136 are used to drive the power devices of thefive-phase inverter. Subdivision Driving Circuit and method of the stepper motor has been investigated. Thecurrent subdivision is driven by the control strategy of five phase eighty beats and its precision reaches 0.09degree. The electric current feedback is collected from ADS7890 to control the over-current caused bylocked-rotor, fall-out-of-step and other faults. Theoretical analysis has proved that, this driving circuit couldimprove the precision and performance of a stepper motor. The mentioned method is feasible and available.
