基于比色法的辊道窑温度测量系统设计

Design of Temperature Measurement System of Roller Kiln Based on Colorimetry

针对在辊道窑生产过程中传统测温方法只能获得单点或局部温度的缺点,根据比色测温原理,结合图像预处理方法,设计了基于CCD(电荷耦合器件)图像传感器的测温系统。该系统可以对辊道窑内部温度进行监控与测量,并能够获得全局温度场的分布情况。根据标准值法,利用黑体炉对系统进行了标定,提高了系统的温度检测精度和准确度。实验结果表明,该系统的准确度较高,能够实时反映辊道窑内部全局温度场分布,具有投入工业现场应用的前景。

In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional temperature measurement method whichcan only acquire the single point temperature or local temperature in the production process of roller kiln, inthis paper, according to the principle of colorimetric temperature measurement, the method of imagepreprocessing is used to design a temperature measurement system based on CCD （Charge Couple Device）image sensor. The system can monitor and measure the internal temperature of the roller kiln, and can obtainthe global distribution of temperature field. According to the standard value method, the system is calibratedusing a blackbody furnace, to increase the detection precision and accuracy of temperature. The experimentalresults show that the system has high accuracy, can reflect the global temperature field distribution of theroller kiln in real time, and the system has great potential of industrial application.
