On the Concept of Realizing Sustainable Development of Inner Mongolia

发展观念的正确与否直接关系到一个国家或地区未来发展的全局和长远,而正确的发展观念的形成并不是一蹴而就的。内蒙古新发展观念的形成是内蒙古自治区党委和政府在不断探索如何更好实现本地区可持续发展过程中形成的。与之前的发展观念相较,新发展观特色鲜明,既注重整体又突出局部,既强调现实又兼顾可能,既发挥优势又补齐短板,对更好推进内蒙古实现可持续发展具有重要意义。

Whether the development concept is correct or not is directly related to the whole and last- ing development of a nation or a region. It takes time to form the correct development concept. The forma- tion of the new development concept in Inner Mongolia is in the process of the exploration for better re- gional development of the Party Committee and government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Com- pared with the previous developing concept, the new one has obvious features, which lie in the attention to both the global and local development, emphasis on the reality and possibility, promotion of advantages and supplementation of disadvantages. This is of great significance to the better promotion of sustainable development of Inner Mongolia Region.
