坚持五大发展理念,推进内蒙古地区全面、协调、可持续发展

Adherence to the Five Development Concepts to Promote a Comprehensive,Coordinated and Sustainable Development of Inner Mongolia Region

面对新时期我国发展的新形势和新问题,党的十八届五中全会确立了创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念。这五大发展理念是在深刻总结国内外发展经验、分析当前发展趋势的基础上形成的,是针对我国发展中的突出矛盾和问题提出的。内蒙古作为我国北疆少数民族地区,基于资源优势及政策环境在过去十几年间取得经济快速发展,但是草场退化、环境污染及城乡差距等问题的出现严重限制了自治区可持续发展。这就要求内蒙古在今后发展中必须坚持新的发展理念,即以五大发展理念为指导,推进全区全面、协调、可持续发展。

Facing the new situation and problems ot the development of the new era, the Party＇s Eight- een Fifth Plenary Session established an innovative, coordinated, green, open, shared development con- cept. These five development philosophy is a profound summary of the development of domestic and inter- national experience as well as an ideology formed on the basis of the current development trend. It is raised to deal with the contradictions and problems in the development of China. As a northern ethnic minority area, Inner Mongolia achieved rapid economic development based on its advantages in resources and the policy environment over the past ten years, but grassland degradation, the emergence of environmental pollution and the gap between urban and rural issues severely limit sustainable development of the autono- mous region. This requires Inner Mongolia to adhere to the new development concept in the future, namely five development concepts as a guide to promote the region＇s comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
