城市反恐警务是伴随着城市恐怖主义的滋生蔓延而兴起的一种警务模式。西方国家的城市反恐警务具有重视信息情报收集与共享、强调反恐力量之合作、工作形式灵活和非常规等特点。可从建立完善的公安反恐情报体系、强化对涉恐人员的属地管控、合成警种力量开展专案侦查及提高公安机关反恐防范和应急处置能力等方面着力,构建本土化的城市反恐警务机制。

The urban anti-terrorism policing is a kind of policing model which is accompanied by the growth and spread of urban terrorism. The urban anti-terrorism policing of western countries have some characteristics such as at- taching importance to information collection and sharing, stressing the cooperation between anti-terrorism forces, and flexible and unconventional work forms. China can construct the localized mechanism of urban anti-terrorism policing via establishing the intelligence system, strenghening the control of target persons, combining police strength to carry out investigation, and improve the police organs＇ preventing and dealing abilities.
