摘要
为了提高摆环机构的设计效率,论文分析了秸秆收获机割刀传动机构摆环箱的结构特点及工作原理,运用矢量法建立了摆环箱的运动学方程,通过分析确定了摆臂的长度。在此基础上,建立了摆环箱的几何模型,运用Solidworks Motion对其进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明割刀的运动参数与理论计算基本符合,并且满足实际生产的需求,为后续切割性能的优化奠定了基础。
In order to improve the design efficiency of suspending link organization, the structure characteristics and working principle of suspending link box was analyzed, then the kinematical equa- tion was established by using the method of vector in this paper. After that the length of swing arm was determined by through the analysis. On this basis, the geometric model of suspending link box was built by using three-dimensional model software of SolidWorks. And the simulated analysis was carried on in the software of Solidworks Motion. It was found that the results were basically anastomotic by comparing the motion parameter of cutter with theoretical calculation, and meet the needs of actual production. It will lay the foundation for subsequent cutter performance.
