基于U/C矩阵分层分析方法的高校信息标准建设研究——以内蒙古自治区某本科院校为例

Research on Information Standard Construction of University Based on U/C Matrix Hierarchical Analysis Method

针对目前高校信息标准范围大、数据情况复杂、信息标准整体实施难以进行的现状,本文主要研究使用企业系统规划方法(BSP)工具U/C矩阵,形成一种全新的信息标准分析模式,对现有信息标准的数据项进行层次划分,分层实施。在此模式下,以内蒙古自治区某本科院校为例,探索制定高校各层次信息标准,生成学校信息标准中的数据集及代码集,最终形成符合高校实际的信息标准体系,为高校管理信息标准建设提供有益的启示。

In view of the present colleges and universities information standard range, complex da- ta, information, the present situation of the overall implementation of difficult, this paper mainly stud- ies using the enterprise system planning （BSP） tool U/C matrix,form a kind of brand-new information standard analysis model,the existing information standard and hierarchy of data items, layered imple- mentation. In this mode, a undergraduate course colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia autono- mous region as an example, exploring various levels of colleges and universities information standards, to generate the data set and school information standard code set, and finally formed in accordance with the actual information standard system, give some enlightenment for the construction of information management standard.
