内蒙古能源效率影响因素及提升对策研究

Research on Energy Efficiency Influence Factors And Promotion Countermeasure of Inner Mongolia

内蒙古作为能源生产输出大省,其能源生产利用效率直接影响着内蒙古乃至全国经济的可持续发展。本文在文献[1-3]的基础上,运用灰色关联度分析法进一步分析测算了文献[1-3]确定的主要影响因素与能源生产和利用效率的关联程度。结果发现:对内蒙古能源生产效率和利用效率的影响,能源系统最大,经济系统次之,环境系统最小;而一次能源生产效率和二次能源加工转化效率对能源生产综合效率同等重要;并分析了各主要影响因素的影响程度,提出了提升能源生产利用效率的对策建议。

Inner Mongolia as a big province of energy production and output,its efficiency of energy production and utilization directly affects the sustainable development of Inner Mongolia and even the national economy. Basing on the literature [1-3],this paper further analyze and calculate the connec- tion degree between the main influence factors of the literature [1-3] and energy production and utili- zation efficiency using grey correlation analysis method. The results showed that. for the influence of the Inner Mongolia energy production and utilization efficiency, energy system is the biggest, economic system second,environmental system minimum; primary energy efficiency and secondary energy pro- cessing conversion efficiency are equally important to comprehensive efficiency of energy production and analyzed the influence degree of the main influence factors, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improving energy production and utilization efficiency.
