测试仪钢丝绳减振器缠绕直径的传递比仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 为减小履带式车辆动态测试仪在车辆行驶中所受到的振动,采用仿真方法研究钢丝绳减振器的缠绕直径对减振系统传递比的影响特性。通过分析履带式车辆行驶过程中的振动特点,选用缠绕直径不同的钢丝绳减振器分别构建减振系统,在Pro/E中建立各减振系统的等效实体模型,然后导入有限元软件ANSYS中进行模态分析。经模态分析获得各减振系统前4阶模态对应的固有频率,计算得到各减振系统的传递比。结果表明在现有定型产品中,上下夹板尺寸以及缠绕圈数固定的钢丝绳减振器,缠绕直径越大减振效果越弱,对工程中测试仪减振设计有一定参考价值。 In order to reduce the vibration of dynamic testing instrument of the tracked vehicle, the influence of winding diameter of wire rope vibration damper on the transmission ratio of the vibration reduction system was studied by simulation. Based on the analysis of vibration characteristics of tracked vehicle during traveling, vibration reduction system was established by choosing wire rope vibration damper with different winding diameters, and equivalent solid model of vibration reduction system was also set up in Pro/E. Then the finite element software ANSYS was imported for modal analysis. Based on modal analysis, the inherent frequency of the first four modes of modalities of each vibration reduction system was obtained, and the transmission ratio was also obtained via calculation. Results show that for the wire rope vibration damper with fixed dimension of upper and lower clamping plates and winding cycles in the existing approved products, the larger the winding diameter is, the weaker the vibration reduction effect will be. The study will inform the vibration reduction design for test instrument in engineering.
