北美城郊社区与农业共生规划思想探析——以加拿大皮埃尔丰社区规划为例

Research on suburban community planning integrated with agriculture in North America:A case stady on Pierrefonds Community in Canada

土地是人类生存与发展的基础,是十分宝贵的资源和资产。当前城市用地急剧扩张和人口激增对全球现有的农耕用地的保护带来了巨大压力,城市扩张与耕地保护已经演化为一个十分突出的矛盾,因此探寻更为生态节地的发展模式和可持续的生活方式成为人们的共识。文章以城市规划及城市农业相关理论为基础,探讨了城市农业的多重效益,分析了我国当前城市郊区农地被侵占的现状及郊区社区发展的特点,并以加拿大皮埃尔丰社区为例对北美城郊社区与农业共生思想进行解析,探寻城郊社区与农业生产共存的可能性及相应的生态节地社区规划方法,以期为我国快速城市化背景下的城市郊区发展提供有益的启示,缓解城镇发展与耕地保护的矛盾。

Accompanied with the process of urbanization, urban expansion and cultivated land protection have evolved into a very prominent contradiction. Thus it＇ s a consensus of people to seek for a more ecological and sustainable way of life. Based on urban agriculture theories, this paper summarizes the characters of suburban communities in china, and analyzes the suburban Agro- integrated community through the example of the Pierrefonds Community, in order to search for the possibility of coexistence between suburban community and agricultural production, as well as the according planning method for ecological and land-saving communities. The aim of this paper is to provide beneficial enlightenment for the development of suburbs in China and alleviate the contradiction between urban development and cultivated land protection.
