“互联网+”热现象冷思考:问题与对策

摘要 物联网是互联网的进化形式:从计算机终端互联演化到物物互联,凸显泛在性和智慧化。虽然"互联网+"确立中国在信息经济中的国际话语权,但是"互联网+"政策制度的盲区也会让中国在信息经济洪流中滞留于避风港而落后于时代潮流。从虚拟回到现实,以人为本的分布式物网跨界融合制造是互联网转向物联网产业创新规律。在国家战略层面,我国应该倡导"物联网+"新观念而不是"互联网+"旧事物,并尽快出台物联网相关政策。 Internet of things is an evolutionary form of the Internet: from the terminal interconnection of computer e- volution to the interconnection of things, highlighting ubiquitous and smart. From the logic of technology, Internet Plus could fall back and rely on the old path. Although the "Internet Plus" may help China grasp the discourse power in the international information economy, but the blind area of Internet Plus policy system will also allow China to stay in the safe haven and lag behind the trend of the times. From the virtual back to reality, people--oriented distrib- uted manufacturing of material and network cross--border fusion is the industry innovation law from Internet to the Internet of Things. At the national strategic level, China should promote the new ideas of "Internet of things Plus" rather than old things of "Internet Plus", and adopt related policies as soon as possible.
