摘要
提出了一种在已安装吊车梁的跨间设置可移动支撑桁架,并在支撑桁架上搭设钢管脚手架及操作平台作为屋面吊顶板安装的装置,介绍了该装置的主要结构特点、作业方式、使用注意事项。该装置通过MIDAS/Gen及品茗等软件验算了其可靠性,并分析了其社会效益及经济效益,适用于大跨度、超长、带吊车梁厂房的围护工程屋面吊顶板施工。
A movable supporting truss is put forward in the span of a crane beam, and a steel pipe scaffold and an operating platform are arranged on the supporting truss to be used as a device for the installation of the roof ceiling board. The main structure features, the operation mode and the precautions for use of the device are introdueed. The reliability of the device is checked by MIDAS/Gen and PMS,and the paper analyzes its soeial and economic benefits, which is suitable for retaining enginering construction of the large-span,extra long aud crane beam supporting plans on suspended ceiling board.
