摘要 波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁已广泛应用于现代桥梁工程中,较之传统PC箱梁,钢-混凝土组合箱梁具有梁体自重轻、施工周期短、造价低、外观优美等优点。借鉴波形钢腹板PC箱梁桥的应用经验,泸定大渡河特大桥工程创新采用钢-混凝土组合结构箱形索塔横梁,是国内首次将波形钢腹板用于大跨度悬索桥索塔横梁中。结合本工程施工经验,介绍了索塔横梁中巨型波形钢腹板综合施工技术,包括波形钢腹板的大板压型、钢构件工厂拼焊、焊接应力消除、现场高空大风环境下的吊装与焊接工艺、波形钢腹板涂装工艺等。 Pre-stressed concrete box-girder with corrugated steel webs have been extensivly applied in the engineering construction of modern bridges. Compared to conventional PC box girder web, steel-concrete composite box girder has the virtue of light weight, short construction period, low cost and elegant appearance. The application of steel-concrete composite box girder of cable tower is brought forth to the Luding Dadu River Bridge Project by using experience of PC box girder footbridge with the corrugated steel webs for reference. Corrugated steel webs are applied in cable tower beam of long-span suspension bridge for the first time in China. This paper introduces the comprehensive construction technologies of cable tower beams with huge corrugated steel webs involving construction experiences, which includes profiled corrugated steel webs, tailor-welding Technology in steel members manufacturing, elimination of welding stress, operation of erection and welding at high position with strong wind, coating technology of corrugated steel webs and so on.
