预制夹心保温墙板钩形钢芯复合连接件拉拔试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对一种新型预制夹心保温墙板钩形钢芯复合连接件开展拉拔试验,对其抗拔承载力、破坏形态、荷载-滑移关系与荷载-应变关系等进行了较为系统的研究。研究表明,试件均发生混凝土锥体破坏;试件破坏时滑移量均较小;钩形钢芯复合连接件的钩头与双层钢筋节点相连会显著提高抗拉承载力;当试件其他条件相同时,连接件抗拔承载力随着混凝土强度等级提高而增大;钩形钢芯复合连接件的抗拔荷载试验值均在设计值5倍以上,均能满足工程设计要求,具有足够的安全储备。 For a new type of hook-type steel core composite connector in precast concrete sandwich wall panels, pull-out tests were carried out. Connectors'pull-out capacity, failure pattern, load-slip curve and load-strain curve etc. were presented. All the tests were terminated by the concrete conical failure; Slippages were all small when specimens were damaged ; Hook of the connector connected with reinforced node could significantly improve the pull-out capacity; The pull-out capacity increased with the increment of concrete strength grade ; The average pull-out capacity of the connectors was over 5 times of the design pull-out load. This means the connector could meet the requirements of the design in the practical project, and has a great safety margin as well.
