Strategies and practices of efficient development in YC13-1 gas field

崖城13-1气田是我国首个海上气田,也是南海西部海域第一个发现和对外合作开发的高产大气田。通过对该气田20年开发过程中挑战对策及开发经验进行系统的思考回顾,总结探索出了指导崖城13-1气田高效开发的技术策略:1整体部署、分步实施的开发策略贯穿全程,少井高产的开发理念以及各开发阶段因时而异的开发技术政策引领高效开发;2开发阶段滚动调整、均衡开采,以准确认识气田为前提,合理挖潜气田,确保稳定供气;3多专业结合,研究技术配套,开展储层精细描述技术和见水综合评价,并实施降压生产技术,以减缓气田产量递减、提高气田采收率。高效开发策略与技术的成功实践使崖城13-1气田保持了16年的稳定生产,高峰年产气量达到35.5亿m3,为南海西部地区万亿m3大气区的建设奠定了基础,对后续其他海上气田的开发有重要的指导和借鉴作用。

YC13-1 gas field, the first offshore gas field in China, is a productive gas field which is the first dis- covered and foreign cooperation development in western South China Sea. Systematically reviewing on challen- ges, strategies and experiences during 20 years＇ development of YC13-1 gas field, the efficient development techniques and strategies are summarized： （1）the strategies of overall deployment and step-by-step implementa- tion cover the whole development process, and the paradigm of sparse and high productivity wells and develop- ment technology and policy for different stages lead to efficient development; （2）progressive adjustments, bal- anced development, rationally tapping the potential to accurately understand the gas field and guarantee stable gas supply; （3）combining multi-specialties, studying the matching technology, utilizing fine reservoir descrip- tion and water flooding comprehensive assessment, reducing producing pressure to relieve production decline rate and increase the ultimate recovery factor. The practices of efficient development strategies ensure 16 years of stable production of YC13-1 gas field with the highest yearly output of 3 550 million m3 , which guarantees the construction of a giant gas area in the South China Sea. The development strategies and practices can pro- vide guidance and reference for other offshore gas field development.
