产前B超对胎儿脐带绕颈的诊断价值研究

Study on the Value of Antenatal B Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Fetal Cord Around Neck

目的探讨产前B超对胎儿脐带绕颈的临床诊断价值。方法选取我院2014年2月至2016年2月期间行产前检查及分娩的孕妇500例,均于产前7~14 d行B超检查,按B超提示是否存在胎儿脐带绕颈分为研究组(240例,存在脐带绕颈)与对照组(260例,不存在脐带绕颈)。分析两组孕妇产前B超检查结果与分娩后实际符合率,比较两组新生儿窒息率及孕妇剖宫产率。结果两组的B超检查与娩出结果符合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的剖宫产率为50.00%,显著高于对照组的30.00%(P<0.01);两组新生儿窒息率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产前B超检查对孕妇具有极为重要的价值,应给予重视,以降低新生儿窒息率,避免不良分娩结局。

Objective To explore the clinical value of antenatal B ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal cord around neck. Methods 500cases of pregnant woman with prenatal examination and delivery in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected, givenB ultrasound examination 7 to 14 days before delivery, and divided into study group （240 cases, with cord around neck） and control group（260 cases, without cord around neck） according to the hint of B ultrasound. The actual coincidence of antenatal B ultrasound and deliveryresult of the two groups were analyzed, and the newborn asphyxia rate and cesarean section rate were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the coincidence of B ultrasound and delivery result between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. Thecesarean section rate of the study group was 50.00%, significantly higher than 30.00% of the control group（P 〈0.01）. No statistical differencewas found in the newborn asphyxia rate between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Antenatal B ultrasound has extremely importantvalue for pregnant woman, so as to reduce the newborn asphyxia rate and avoid adverse delivery outcomes.
