老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症非手术治疗与手术治疗效对比

Comparison on the Curative Effects of Non-Operative Treatment and Surgical Treatment for Elderly Patients with Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Canal Stenosis

目的探讨老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症非手术治疗与手术治疗效果。方法选取我院2014年3月至2016年3月诊治的老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者110例,随机将其分为对照组与研究组,各55例。其中对照组给予非手术方法治疗,研究组给予手术治疗。两组患者在治疗后均随访5~24个月,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的VAS评分和JOA评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年退行性腰椎管狭窄症患者手术治疗,能够明显改善患者的疼痛程度及相关症状,但应根据老年患者的具体情况选择相应的治疗方案。

Objective To explore the curative effects of non-operative treatment and surgical treatment for elderly patients withdegenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis. Methods 110 cases of elderly patients with degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis admitted toour hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 55 cases in eachgroup. The control group was given non-operative treatment, while the study group was given surgical treatment. All patients were followedup for 5 to 24 months after treatment. The treatment effect was observed and compare between two groups. Results After treatment, the totaleffective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The VAS score and JOAscore of study group were significantly better than those of control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. The quality of life score ofstudy group was significantly higher than that of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Surgical treatment forelderly patients with degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis can significantly improve pain and relative symptoms of patients, but thecorresponding treatment will be chosen according to the specific conditions of elderly patients.
