一次性根管治疗术治疗小儿急性牙髓炎的临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Disposable Root Canal Therapy in the Treatment of Children with Acute Pulpitis

目的观察一次性根管治疗术治疗小儿急性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年5月至2014年4月收治的小儿急性牙髓炎患儿140例(140颗),随机分为观察组和对照组,各70例(70颗)。对照组给予常规根管治疗,观察组给予一次性根管治疗术治疗。观察分析两组患儿术后3天和术后2年的治疗效果。结果术后3天,观察组的总有效率为92.86%,显著高于对照组的81.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2年,观察组的总有效率为98.57%,显著高于对照组的90.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿急性牙髓炎患儿采用一次性根管治疗术治疗具有确切疗效,可有效缓解不适症状,减少器械使用次数,减轻术后痛苦,促进患儿恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of disposable root canal therapy in the treatment of children with acute pulpitis.Methods 140 cases （140 teeth） of children with acute pulpitis admitted to our hospital from May 2012 to April 2014 were selected andrandomly divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases （70 teeth） in each group. The control group was givenconventional root canal therapy, while the observation group was given disposable root canal therapy. The treatment effect for 3 days and 2years after operation of children in two groups were observed and analyzed. Results 3 days after operation, the total effective rate ofobservation group was 92.86%, significantly higher than 81.43% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. 2 years afteroperation, the total effective rate of observation group was 98.57%, significantly higher than 90.00% of control group, with statisticaldifference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The disposable root canal therapy in the treatment of children with acute pulpitis has exact clinical effect,can effectively relieve the uncomfortable symptoms, reduce the use times of devices and postoperative pain and promote the recovery ofchildren, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
