血脂水平与脑出血的相关性探讨

摘要 目的探讨血脂水平与脑出血的相关性,为脑出血的预防和治疗提供参考依据。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的83例脑出血患者作为观察组,同期进行体检的75名健康的中老年人作为对照组,于清晨空腹抽血查胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),比较两组研究对象的血脂。结果观察组的TC、TG和LDL-C水平分别为(5.57±0.69)mmol/L、(1.45±0.56)mmol/L和(2.55±0.64)mmol/L,显著高于对照组的(4.56±0.62)mmol/L、(1.27±0.41)mmol/L和(2.36±0.38)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组HDL-C比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血脂水平和脑出血的发病有直接关联,因此血脂异常可能是导致脑出血的重要因素。 Objective To explore the correlation between blood lipid level and cerebral hemorrhage and provide evidence forpreventing and controlling cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 83 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital fromJanuary 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group, and 75 healthy middle-aged and elderly people with physicalexamination in the same period were selected as the control group. The fasting blood samples with cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) of people in two groups were collected in theearly morning and detected. The blood lipid level was compared between two groups. Results The TC, TG and LDL-C levels of observationgroup were respectively (5.57 ± 0.69) mmol/L, (1.45 ± 0.56) mmol/L and (2.55 ± 0.64) mmol/L, significantly higher than (4.56 ± 0.62)mmol/L, (1.27 ± 0.41) mmol/L and (2.36 ± 0.38) mmol/L of control group, with statistical differences (P〈0.05). No statistical differencewas found in the HDL-C between two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusions The blood lipid level has direct relevance to cerebral hemorrhage, andblood lipid abnormalities may be an important factor that leads to cerebral hemorrhage.
