早期康复护理在全髋关节置换术患者中的应用

Application of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients Undergoing Total Hip Replacement Arthroplasty

目的探讨在全髋关节置换术患者中应用早期康复护理的实际价值。方法选取我院收治的50例全髋关节置换术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用早期康复护理。对比两组患者的髋关节功能评分、并发症发生率和满意度。结果观察组的髋关节功能评分为(92.1±1.5)分,显著高于对照组的(79.4±1.8)分(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为8.0%,显著低于对照组的32.0%(P<0.05);观察组的满意度为96.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%(P<0.05)。结论在全髋关节置换术中应用早期康复护理能够有效地降低并发症发生率,改善患者的髋关节功能,提高满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the practical value of early rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing total hip replacementarthroplasty. Methods 50 cases of patients undergoing total hip replacement arthroplasty in our hospital were selected and randomly dividedinto observation group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while theobservation group received early rehabilitation nursing on this basis. The score of hip joint function, incidence of complications andsatisfaction degree of patients were compared between two groups. Results The score of hip joint function of observation group was （92.1 ±1.5） points, significantly higher than （79.4 ± 1.8） points of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of observation group was8.0%, significantly lower than 32.0% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of observation group was 96.0%, significantlyhigher than 68.0% of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Early rehabilitation nursing applied in patients undergoing total hip replacementarthroplasty can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the hip joint function and satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
