人文关怀护理模式在血液透析患者中的应用效果分析

目的分析人文关怀护理模式在血液透析患者中的应用价值。方法选取2015年5月至2016年4月我院收治的60例血液透析患者,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用人文关怀护理模式。对比两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分和满意度情况。结果护理后,观察组的焦虑评分和抑郁评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度为93.3%,明显高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析患者中应用人文关怀护理模式能够有效地缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高其满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of humanistic nursing mode in the application of patients with hemodialysis.Methods 60 cases of patients with hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observationgroup received humanistic nursing mode on this basis. The anxiety score, depression score and satisfaction degree of patients were comparedbetween two groups. Results After nursing, the anxiety score and depression score of observation group were significantly lower than thoseof control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of observation group was 93.3%, significantly higher than73.3% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The humanistic nursing mode in the application of patients withhemodialysis can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients, and promote the satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinicalpromotion and application.
