髋关节置换患者术后常规行血管多普勒超声检查的意义

Value of routine Doppler ultrasound screening for patients underwent total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨髋关节置换患者术后常规行血管多普勒超声检查的意义。方法收集2014年4月-2015年4月在我科行髋关节置换术患者43例,分析其术后双下肢静脉多普勒超声检查结果。结果 43例中,术后经多普勒超声检查发现2例出现深静脉血栓,及时给予相应处理。结论对髋关节置换术患者,术后常规行血管多普勒超声检查有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the value of routine Doppler ultrasound screening for patients underwent total hip arthroplasty. Methods Forty- three patients who received total hip arthroplasty（THA） in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were included and their Doppler ultrasound screening results were analyzed. Results Of the 43 cases, two patients were diagnosed as deep venous thrombosis（DVT） by Doppler ultrasonography screening and received corresponding intervention promptly. Conclusion Routine Doppler ultrasound screening has important significance for patients underwent total hip arthroplasty.
