摘要
文章将交互式电子技术手册,工程化研制流程与船舶全寿命期研制过程相结合,明确各阶段工作范围与内容,从工程研制的角度,协调总体所与系统、设备单位的职能关系。根据技术出版物国际规范组织展开系统、设备交互式电子技术手册的研制,由总体所完成各系统设备交互式电子技术手册的数据分发通知汇总、出版、发布。为船舶交互式电子技术手册的工程化应用提供技术支撑。
Combining the interactive electronic technical manual （IETM） engineering research process with the development process of the whole life cycle of the ship, the scope and content of ecch phase are defined, the relationship between general institute and unit of system ＆ equipment is coordinated from the perspective of engi- neering development. In this paper, the IETM for the system and equipment is designed according to the interna- tional standards organization （S1000D） from the engineering point of wiew. The Data Dispatch Notes （DDN） of the IETM for the system equipment is summarized and published by the general institute, which povides technical support for the engineering application of ship IETM.
