Design and modification of fixed firefighting system on semi-submersible drilling rig

为满足CCS、DNV的规范要求,某半潜式钻井平台原固定灭火系统Halon 1301灭火系统改造为固定CO_2灭火系统及FM-200灭火系统,根据项目改造的设计思路、计算方法和现场改造实践,成功为同类型平台固定灭火系统的改造提供了有益的借鉴与参考。

Process is stated for designing and improving a fixed firefighting system on semi-submersible drill- ing rig. In order to meet the rules of CCS and DNV, the rig would be modified with its original fixed fire fighting system Halon 1301 converted to FM-200 firefighting system. In this article, the reform design ideas are introduced including calculating method and reforming practice, which will be reference to same type of other driling rigs.
