Ethical Analysis on the Medical Practitioners' Values of Life Rooted in Confucian Culture

忽视德性伦理与强调规范伦理给医务工作者造成了极大的心灵困惑。医学伦理是人伦关系的特殊反映,是对医学技术回归人文的现实要求。如何根源于儒文化再认知医务工作者的生命价值,是深入体验医患双方内心需求不可忽视的一环。在此语境下,儒家"定、静、安、虑、得"的心路历程,"格物-致知、诚意-正心、修身-齐家、治国-平天下"的伦理逻辑,"穷理、修己、安人"的生命求真,是医务工作者的道德基准、立身利人的医德诉求与促成和谐医患关系的至善法则。

Abstract ：The emphasis on ethical norms rather than virtue ethics causes great confusion for medical practitioners. Medical ethics is a special reflection of people＇s relations, which is also the result of medical technology＇s return to the humanities. How to recognize the values of life for medical staffs from Confucianism is a necessary element of understanding the needs of both doctors and patients. In this context, the author claimed that the moral foundations of medical practitioners, the inherent nature of medical ethics and the way to promote harmonious doctor-parient relationship are the practice of the Confucian virtues of ＂composure, peace, contentment, deliberation and decency＂, the doctrines of＂study the objects gain the knowledge accumulate the sincerity＂, ＂upright the mind and chase the perfection happiness in homes and harmony throughout countries come the world peace＂, and the principles of ＂ pursuing truth, self discipline and harmonizing the society＂.
