摘要
"互联网+医疗"的融合发展让我们看到了患者在自我医疗管理和个人健康管理方面的成长潜力,在此背景下探讨构建e-患者模式,并运用"一分为二"的观点评价构建该模式对当今医疗体系的重大意义以及在构建过程中可能遇到的数据读取困难、个人隐私泄露风险、潜在医疗纠纷、移动医疗APP和可穿戴医疗设备质量等问题,进而提出针对性的对策建议:打造专业的移动医疗平台读取数据,健全患者隐私保护机制,完善相关法律法规,加强对移动医疗类APP和可穿戴医疗设备的监管。
The development of ＂Internet＋ healtheare＂ made the patients have growth potential for their self medical care management and personal health management. This paper explored the construction of e-patient mode and evaluated its significance for today＇s healthcare system. At the same time, this paper analyzed the problems, such as difficulties in data reading and interpreting, risks of privacy disclosure, potential medical disputes, the unguaranteed quality of mobile medical APP and wearable medical device. Finally, it put forward some suggestions for these problems, which included building a professional mobile medical platform to read and output data, improving the patients＇ privacy protection mechanism, perfecting relevant laws and regulations, strengthening the supervision of the mobile medical APP and wearable medical device.
