摘要
利用自行设计的调查问卷,由带教教师、护士、患者、同事、管理人员、自我评价和教师整体评价对78名接受规范化培训住院医师的医师职业精神和沟通能力进行评分,通过SPSS 22.0对数据进行统计分析。结果显示,不同评价者之间的评分存在统计学意义(F=15.914,P=0.000)。患者评价与自我评价,同行评价和教师整体评价,自我评价与教师评价,自我评价与教师整体评价,教师评价与教师整体评价之间相关系数较高。表明使用360度评测法可有效地评价住院医师的医师职业精神和沟通能力。
A self-designed questionnaire of medical professionalism and communication skills was developed and being used in the investigation among administrators, nurses, patients, faculties and residents. 78 residents' competence of medical professionalism and communication skills were evaluated with self-assessment and faculty overall evaluation. The SPSS 22.0 software was applied for the statistic analysis. The results showed that the scores between different evaluators had statistical significance (F~ 15. 914, P=0. 000). The eoeffieients of Pearson's correlation between patients and residents themselves, peers and faculty overall impression, residents themselves and faculties, different faculties overall impressions were significant correlated. It implied that 360-degree assessment was effective to evaluate the residents' medical professionalism and communication skills.
